Kompas Gramedia Production, part of Kompas Gramedia media group a prominent leader of media industry in Indonesia, produce news and non-news programs to be broadcasted on television, radio and internet, invite young, dynamic, energetic and creative professionals to join us as:

Broadcast Management Trainee

Special qualification:
-    Production (PD) : hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
-    Programming (PG): hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
-    Marketing & Sales (MS): hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
-    Technical Production Support (TP): hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in IT, Electrical and Broadcast Engineering
-    Production Support (PS): hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture

General qualification:
-    Age max. 25 years old
-    Able to work under pressure
-    Able to work either independent or in a team
-    Good skill in English
