Store Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- To effectiveley lead the implementation of yearly retail strategy in assigned store
- To continously develop sales and profitability of store by implementing retail standard, promotion program customer service and staff development.
- To consistently train, coach and counsel the staff to optimize their own capacity and build a strong competitive teamwork.
Requirements:
- Max 27 years old male or female, S1 graduate from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
- Have 1-2 years experience in the same position (in international cosmetic and retail industry will be advantage).
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong leadership and learning spirit, good interpersonal skill and proper English communication
